How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO Swertres Lotto:
- Mark three (3) numbers that will compose your Swertres combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, access the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Swertres ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing Swertres Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to buy Swertres tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

To claim Swertres Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
