EZ2 Lotto (now known as 2D Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout games facilitated by PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the public since its inception in 2004. EZ2 Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
Official 2D EZ2 Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. During these instances, PCSO makes a prior public announcement.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the EZ2 game:
- Pick a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on an EZ2 play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer choose the EZ2 number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the EZ2 result after the live draw to verify if you matched the winning combination.
Each EZ2 number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the EZ2 ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by EZ2 players in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place EZ2 bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash cans.
EZ2 Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

In EZ2 Lotto Standard Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in EZ2 Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
Are EZ2 Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
EZ2 prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the highest EZ2 winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

Are 2D Lotto and EZ2 Lotto the same?
PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.
How much do I win in EZ2 Lotto?

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
