How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you chose.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied at all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.

3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you choose a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet slip.
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, remember these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
