Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are regularly canceled.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used play card and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
