3D Lotto (previously called as Swertres Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed-prize lotteries of the PCSO. It has been extremely popular among the betting public since its launch in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of hitting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts live Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior announcement is made. Cancellation of draws usually happens during major national holidays.
PCSO also holds draws for each of the five multi-million peso lotto games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Mark three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed in all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player takes home PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
