EZ2 Lotto, now known as 2D Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize lotteries operated by PCSO since its introduction in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO EZ2 Lotto:
- Select two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your EZ2 combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you chose.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the EZ2 result right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each EZ2 combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your EZ2 ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Additional PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing EZ2 Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by EZ2 Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy EZ2 tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.
EZ2 Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

EZ2 FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about EZ2 Lotto
How to win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

Do I win anything if I get all the EZ2 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

What are the prizes in EZ2 Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket once it is accepted by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the playing card to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
