3D Lotto (also known as Swertres Lotto) is one of the first fixed-prize lotteries of the PCSO. It has been exceptionally popular among the public since its creation in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. In such occasions, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the major lotto games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important Protocols to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to observe the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).
