How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Pick the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be observed in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the lotto outlet.

In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.
How much does a 3D Lotto ticket cost?
A bettor can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
