How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used play card and old lotto tickets into the trash can.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play slip to the cashier.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
