PCSO Lotto 6/42 System Bets – Ways to Increase the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/42 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system bets in 6/42 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a player who marks this option would need to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will have to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 42.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are generated as the choosen numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With regard to System 5R, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have picked are automatically combined with each of the remaining 37 digits in the bet card, producing a total of 37 combinations.
Please remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall ticket cost will be. The overall cost of the ticket is PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.
