EZ2 Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was renamed in 2019 as “2D Lotto” and has become one of the most popular digit lotteries in the country since its introduction in 2004. There are two plays in EZ2 Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
Live 2D EZ2 Lotto draws happen every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these instances, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the EZ2 game:
- Pick a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on an EZ2 playing card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system choose the EZ2 number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the EZ2 result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
Each EZ2 combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed at all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when placing EZ2 bets.
- Use your own pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to throw away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player receives PhP 2,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What are the odds of winning a prize in EZ2 Lotto?
In EZ2 Lotto Standard Play, the chances of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in EZ2 Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
What does LP in EZ2 mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the EZ2 number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Do I win anything if I get all the EZ2 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket after it is accepted by the computer. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you give the play slip to the teller.
What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific EZ2 entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void an EZ2 number combination before purchasing the ticket. An EZ2 number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
