3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively. This means that bettors are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games operated by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. 3D Lotto is also called Swertres Lotto.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are usually suspended.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D ticket.
- View the 3D result right after the scheduled draw to know if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act since the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
Where do I go to claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of 3D Lotto today, we suggest that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
