How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to follow the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the bet slip to the cashier.
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
