How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you matched the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used bet slip and non-winning tickets into the trash can.

3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.
Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
Where do I go to claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, consider these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
