3D Lotto (also known as Swertres Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout lotteries conducted by PCSO. It has been immensely popular among the betting public since its inception in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of hitting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Suspension of draws regularly occurs during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Mark three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out at all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player takes home PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
