3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular fixed-prize lotteries in the country. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Along with 3D Lotto (Swertres), PCSO also conducts today the draws for 2D Lotto (EZ2), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
Important Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How much does a 3D Lotto ticket cost?

What is the new name of Swertres Lotto?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet slip to the teller.

If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
