How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
Important Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the outlet.
- Throw away your used bet slip and old tickets into the trash bin.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

When are 3D Lotto draws held?
PCSO conducts 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
How much does a 3D Lotto ticket cost?
A player can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Is Swertres Lotto the same as 3D Lotto?

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
