2D EZ2 Lotto Live Draw
The 2D Lotto, formerly known as EZ2 Lotto, is drawn every day, three times a day—at 2 PM, 5 PM, and 9 PM—except during major holidays like Christmas, New Year, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. The results are broadcast live on the PCSO’s official Facebook page and PTV Channel 4.

How to Play 2D EZ2 Lotto
To play 2D Lotto, players must select one number from 1 to 31 in each column, forming a two-digit combination. Alternatively, players can opt for the Lucky Pick (LP) option, allowing the system to randomly select numbers. Players can also choose the Rambolito option to have a better chance of winning by matching the numbers in any order.
2D EZ2 Lotto Draw Procedure
The 2D Lotto draw involves two blowing machines, known as “Mega Gems,” which each contain balls numbered from 1 to 31. One ball is drawn from each machine, and the resulting two numbers form the winning combination.
PCSO Reminders
To participate in the 2D Lotto, players must be at least 18 years old. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information on their tickets, including the bet type, amount, draw date, and chosen numbers. Tickets should not be folded, ironed, or wet and must be signed at the back before claiming prizes.
Taxes on Winnings
A 2D Lotto ticket costs Php 10.00, inclusive of a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST). These tickets can be purchased from any authorized lotto outlet or online through the PCSO’s e-lotto website.
How to Claim Prizes
Winners of prizes ranging from Php 20.00 to Php 10,000.00 can claim their winnings at any authorized Lotto outlet or PCSO Branch Office. For prizes above Php 10,000.00, a 20% tax is applicable as per the TRAIN Law. This tax policy ensures fair taxation of significant lottery winnings.
