How to Play EZ2 Lotto

These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO EZ2 Lotto:

  1. Mark two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your EZ2 combination.
  2. Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly select the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
  4. Select your play amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. View the EZ2 result after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.

EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the the EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

Additional PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing EZ2 Lotto

PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by EZ2 Lotto players nationwide.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to place EZ2 bets.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
  3. Bring your own pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to minimize contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.

EZ2 Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the EZ2 ticket?

EZ2 tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

What if I cannot think of any EZ2 number to play?

The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the EZ2 number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.

To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

How many Advance Draws can I play in EZ2 Lotto?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your EZ2 combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen EZ2 entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) EZ2 draws.

Who are allowed to play EZ2 Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the EZ2 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
