Since its launch in July 2004, EZ2 Lotto (2D Lotto) has become one of the most widely played digit lotteries accross the cuntry. PCSO has fixed the prizes of EZ2 Lotto to PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts live 2D EZ2 Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws normally occurs during major holidays.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the EZ2 Lotto:
- Pick two (2) numbers that will compose your EZ2 combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, access the EZ2 result to verify if you won the prize.
EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

Important Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing EZ2 Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires EZ2 Lotto players to observe the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to play EZ2.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used bet card and non-winning tickets into the garbage bin.
EZ2 Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the EZ2 winning numbers in the same order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you give the play slip to the cashier.

To claim EZ2 Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
