How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO EZ2 game:
- Mark two (2) digits that will comprise your EZ2 combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, see the EZ2 result to see if you won the prize.
Each EZ2 combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the EZ2 ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, EZ2 bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy EZ2 tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.

PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What does LP in EZ2 mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the EZ2 number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
When does PCSO hold EZ2 draws?

What are my chances of winning a prize in EZ2 Lotto?
In EZ2 Lotto Straight Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in EZ2 Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play EZ2 Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the EZ2 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
How to claim the EZ2 Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of EZ2 today, we advise that you refer to the information below.
To claim EZ2 Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as mandated under the TRAIN Law.
