EZ2 Lotto (currently known as 2D Lotto) is one of the oldest digit lotteries conducted by PCSO. It has been immensely popular among the betting public since its creation in 2004. EZ2 Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
Live 2D EZ2 Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. In such occasions, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
To play PCSO EZ2 Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your EZ2 combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the EZ2 result right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each EZ2 number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your EZ2 ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by EZ2 bettors nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to play EZ2.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.

EZ2 Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In EZ2 Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the EZ2 ticket is wrong?
EZ2 tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
Do I win anything if I get all the EZ2 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific EZ2 number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void an EZ2 entry before purchasing the ticket. An EZ2 entry that has been processed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the playing card to the cashier.
Are EZ2 Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
EZ2 Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the maximum EZ2 winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
