Frequently Asked Questions about EZ2 – Everything you Need to Know about EZ2 Lotto

How do I win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What are the lotto draws today, August 18, 2021?

These are the PCSO games scheduled for today: 2D Lotto (EZ2), 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.

Please refer to the detailed daily schedule of PCSO lotto draws here.

How do I choose Lucky Pick?

The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically select the EZ2 number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.

To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

Are EZ2 Lotto Prizes subject to tax?

EZ2 prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the maximum EZ2 prize is only PhP 4,000.

Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

Do I win anything if I get all the EZ2 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

How do I play Rambolito?

Rambolito is an EZ2 Lotto game variant that lets its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 11-06 and 06-11). If the EZ2 winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 2,000.

To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the EZ2 playing card.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.
