EZ2 Lotto, also called 2D Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed payout lotteries conducted by PCSO since its introduction in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
EZ2 is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the EZ2 Lotto:
- Pick a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on an EZ2 playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system choose the EZ2 number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Choose the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the EZ2 result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Each EZ2 combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires EZ2 Lotto players to follow the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to buy EZ2 tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used bet card and old tickets into the garbage bin.
EZ2 Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about EZ2 – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

Are EZ2 Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
EZ2 winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law since the highest EZ2 prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are taxable.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the EZ2 ticket?
EZ2 tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their EZ2 tickets.
Will there be any EZ2 draw during Holy Week?
PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.
What if I cannot think of any EZ2 number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the EZ2 number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
