How to Play EZ2 Lotto

Playing EZ2 Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:

  1. Select two (2) digits that will comprise your EZ2 combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically generate the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
  4. Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
  6. Give your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
  7. After the draw, access the EZ2 result to verify if you won the prize.

EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the EZ2 ticket and store it in secure and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.

New Guidelines to be Observed by Bettors when Playing EZ2 Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, EZ2 Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.

  1. Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be observed in all PCSO outlets in the country.
  2. Follow physical distancing when buying EZ2 tickets.
  3. Use your own pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
  4. Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
  5. Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the lotto outlet.
  6. Use the garbage bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.

EZ2 is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following payout structure for EZ2 Lotto:

In Standard or Straight Play, a player takes home PhP 4,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the EZ2 ticket is wrong?

EZ2 tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their EZ2 tickets.

What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific EZ2 entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void an EZ2 number combination before purchasing the ticket. An EZ2 number combination that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
