How to Play EZ2 Lotto

EZ2 is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the EZ2 Lotto:

  1. Pick two (2) digits that will comprise your EZ2 combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically generate the numbers for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
  4. Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
  7. After the draw, access the EZ2 result to verify if you won the prize.

EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your EZ2 ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, EZ2 players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.

  3. Bring your own ball pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

How much do I win if I match all the EZ2 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

Who are allowed to play EZ2 Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the EZ2 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

Are EZ2 Lotto winnings taxable?

EZ2 Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the maximum EZ2 prize is only PhP 4,000.

Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

What are the prizes in EZ2 Lotto?
