EZ2 Lotto (also called 2D Lotto) is one of the oldest digit games operated by PCSO. It has been extremely popular among the betting public since its inception in 2004. EZ2 Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Playing PCSO EZ2 Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Choose a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on an EZ2 bet slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer pick the EZ2 number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Choose the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the EZ2 result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
One EZ2 number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by EZ2 bettors nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy EZ2 tickets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.
EZ2 Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
EZ2 is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout system for EZ2 Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

EZ2 FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

A player can purchase the EZ2 ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Are EZ2 Lotto winnings taxable?
EZ2 prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the maximum EZ2 winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
