EZ2 Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was rebranded in 2019 as “2D Lotto” and has become one of the extremely popular fixed payout lotteries in the country since its inception in 2004. There are two plays in EZ2 Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO conducts 2D EZ2 Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally postponed.
PCSO likewise conducts draws for each of the parimutuel games three times a week. How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the EZ2 game:
- Mark two (2) numbers that will compose your EZ2 combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, access the EZ2 result to see if you won the prize.
One EZ2 combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your EZ2 ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to play EZ2.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

EZ2 Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In EZ2 Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

EZ2 FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How can I win prizes in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the EZ2 ticket?
EZ2 tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
Are EZ2 Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
EZ2 Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the highest EZ2 winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
Are 2D Lotto and EZ2 Lotto the same?
PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.
How much does an EZ2 ticket cost?
A player can purchase the EZ2 ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is an EZ2 Lotto game variation that lets its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 11-06 and 06-11). If the EZ2 results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the EZ2 playing card.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
