How to Play EZ2 Lotto

To play EZ2 Lotto, follow these detailed steps:

  1. Pick your EZ2 number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to randomly select the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Pick your bet amount in the AMT column.
  5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed EZ2 ticket.
  7. See the EZ2 result after the live draw to know if you won a prize.

EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the EZ2 ticket and store it in safe and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

  2. Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.

How do I win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the playing card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

In EZ2 Lotto Standard Play, the chances of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the chances of winning in EZ2 Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.

How do I play Rambolito?

Rambolito is an EZ2 Lotto game variation that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the EZ2 results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 2,000.

To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the EZ2 play card.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Can I play EZ2 Lotto in Advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your EZ2 combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen EZ2 combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) EZ2 draws.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
