How to Play EZ2 Lotto

Playing PCSO EZ2 Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:

  1. Pick your EZ2 number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to automatically generate the numbers for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Mark your play amount in the AMT column.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated EZ2 ticket.
  7. Check the EZ2 result right after the live draw to see if you won a prize.

Each EZ2 number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the EZ2 ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.

How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to play EZ2.
  2. Observe social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Use your own ball pen when placing bets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
  5. Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
  6. Throw away your used bet slip and old tickets into the trash can.

EZ2 Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

EZ2 FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about EZ2 Lotto

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

Does PCSO have EZ2 draws during holidays?

PCSO usually cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play EZ2 Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the EZ2 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

How many EZ2 draws can I play in advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your EZ2 combination will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen EZ2 combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) EZ2 draws.

Are EZ2 Lotto winnings taxable?

EZ2 Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the maximum EZ2 prize is only PhP 4,000.

Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

Where do I claim EZ2 Lotto Prizes?
