EZ2 Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was renamed in 2019 as “2D Lotto” and has become one of the extremely popular fixed payout games in the Philippines since its creation in 2004. There are two plays in EZ2 Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO conducts 2D EZ2 Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Cancellation of draws regularly takes place during major national holidays.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the EZ2 game:
- Select a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on an EZ2 playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal pick the EZ2 number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the EZ2 result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place EZ2 bets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used bet slip and old tickets into the garbage bin.
EZ2 Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

EZ2 FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about EZ2 Lotto
How do I win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What does LP in EZ2 mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically pick the EZ2 number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Who are allowed to play EZ2 Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the EZ2 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the EZ2 ticket is wrong?
EZ2 tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
How much do I win in EZ2 Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you got the winning combination in any order.
How do I claim my EZ2 Lotto Prize?

To claim EZ2 Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
