How to Play EZ2 Lotto

Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the EZ2 game:

  1. Select your EZ2 number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the numbers for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Choose your play amount in the AMT column.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed EZ2 Lotto ticket.
  7. See the EZ2 result after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.

One EZ2 combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

New Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing EZ2 Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to buy EZ2 tickets.
  2. Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
  5. Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Throw away your used playing card and old tickets into the trash bin.

EZ2 Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

EZ2 FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game

How can I win prizes in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).

PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

What are my chances of winning a prize in EZ2 Lotto?

In EZ2 Lotto Straight Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in EZ2 Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.

Are 2D Lotto and EZ2 Lotto the same?

EZ2 Lotto has been rebranded as 2D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.

How much does an EZ2 ticket cost?

A player can purchase the EZ2 Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Can I play EZ2 Lotto in Advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your EZ2 entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen EZ2 entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) EZ2 draws.

How to claim the EZ2 Lotto Prize?

If you won in any of the EZ2 draws today, pay attention to these helpful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim EZ2 Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required under the TRAIN Act.
