How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO EZ2 game:
- Pick two (2) numbers that will comprise your EZ2 combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, check the EZ2 result to verify if you won the prize.
Each EZ2 number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your EZ2 ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing EZ2 Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy EZ2 tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage bins.
EZ2 Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
EZ2 Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In EZ2 Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What does LP in EZ2 mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the EZ2 number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket after it is processed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play slip to the teller.
How much does an EZ2 ticket cost?
A bettor can buy the EZ2 ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Does PCSO have EZ2 draws during holidays?
PCSO normally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.

To claim EZ2 Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
