How to Play EZ2 Lotto
To play EZ2 Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick two (2) numbers that will comprise your EZ2 combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, see the EZ2 result to verify if you won the prize.
EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your EZ2 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, EZ2 players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be implemented in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when placing EZ2 bets.
- Use your own ball pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or old tickets.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

Are EZ2 Lotto winnings taxable?
EZ2 winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the maximum EZ2 prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are taxable.
Does PCSO have EZ2 draws during holidays?
PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific EZ2 entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void an EZ2 number combination before purchasing the ticket. An EZ2 entry that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
