How to Play EZ2 Lotto

Playing PCSO EZ2 Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:

  1. Mark a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on an EZ2 playing card.
  2. If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer choose the EZ2 number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
  4. Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
  6. Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
  7. See the EZ2 result after the live draw to know if you got the winning combination.

Each EZ2 combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the the EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

New Health and Safety Rules to be Followed when Playing EZ2 Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied at all outlets nationwide.
  2. Follow physical distancing when placing EZ2 bets.
  3. Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
  4. Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
  5. Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.

EZ2 Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the player wins PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

EZ2 FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about EZ2 Lotto

How do I win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What are the draws to be held by PCSO today, September 4, 2022?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the EZ2 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

How much do I win if I match all the EZ2 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you played the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

What are my chances of winning a prize in EZ2 Lotto?

In EZ2 Lotto Standard Play, the chances of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in EZ2 Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.

Does PCSO have EZ2 draws during holidays?

PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the day.

What is Rambolito?

Rambolito is an EZ2 Lotto game variation that lets its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 15-29 and 29-15). If the EZ2 results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 2,000.

To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the EZ2 bet card.

How to claim the EZ2 Lotto Prize?

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements

February 10, 2021 – PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.

January 6, 2021 – PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020 – PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020 – PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
