EZ2 Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. This means that bettors are more likely to win in EZ2 Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2004. How to Play EZ2 Lotto

Playing PCSO EZ2 Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular numbers game:

  1. Select your EZ2 number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to automatically select the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
  5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed EZ2 Lotto ticket.
  7. Check the EZ2 result after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.

EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the EZ2 ticket and store it in secure and dry place.

Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.

Note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.

You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

Additional PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing EZ2 Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.

  1. Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out in all PCSO outlets in the country.
  2. Observe physical distancing when buying EZ2 tickets.
  3. Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
  4. Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
  5. Apply alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
  6. Use the trash bins provided to throw away used play slips and/or old tickets.

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.

In Rambolito play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket once it is accepted by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet card to the teller.

What does DST stand for?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
