EZ2 Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was rebranded in 2019 as “2D Lotto” and has become one of the hugely popular fixed-prize lotteries in the country since its introduction in 2004. There are two plays in EZ2 Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

PCSO conducts 2D EZ2 Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Cancellation of draws normally occurs during major holidays.

PCSO is also holding five jackpot-bearing draws in the country. How to Play EZ2 Lotto

To play PCSO EZ2 Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:

  1. Mark two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your EZ2 combination.
  2. Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically pick the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
  4. Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Give your bet slip and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
  7. Check the EZ2 result right after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.

Each EZ2 combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

Important PCSO Protocols to be Followed when Playing EZ2 Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, EZ2 Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.

  1. Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
  2. Observe social distancing when buying EZ2 tickets.
  3. Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
  4. Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
  5. Apply alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
  6. Use the trash bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

In Standard or Straight Play, a player receives PhP 4,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.

How can I win prizes in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

How do I choose Lucky Pick?

The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the EZ2 number for you if you do not have any number in mind.

What does DST stand for?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
