Frequently Asked Questions about EZ2 – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game

How do I win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?

You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket after it is accepted by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the playing card to the cashier.

EZ2 tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their EZ2 tickets.

Are 2D Lotto and EZ2 Lotto the same?

PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.

What does LP in EZ2 mean?

The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the EZ2 number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?

To cancel or disregard a specific EZ2 entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play slip to the teller.

Please note that you can only void an EZ2 entry before purchasing the ticket. An EZ2 number combination that has been accepted by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
