EZ2 Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was renamed in 2019 as “2D Lotto” and has become one of the most popular digit games in the country since its creation in 2004. There are two plays in EZ2 Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO holds 2D EZ2 Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Suspension of draws normally occurs during major holidays.

How to Play EZ2 Lotto
PCSO EZ2 is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the EZ2 Lotto:
- Pick a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on an EZ2 playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal generate the EZ2 number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the EZ2 result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
EZ2 ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your EZ2 ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by EZ2 players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying EZ2 tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
EZ2 Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO EZ2 Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player takes home PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific EZ2 number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void an EZ2 entry before purchasing the ticket. An EZ2 number combination that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

Does PCSO have EZ2 draws during holidays?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the day.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
