How to Play EZ2 Lotto

Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the EZ2 game:

  1. Mark two (2) numbers that will comprise your EZ2 combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically generate the numbers for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
  4. Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
  6. Give your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
  7. After the draw, access the EZ2 result to verify if you won the prize.

Each EZ2 combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your EZ2 ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

Important Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing EZ2 Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, EZ2 Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to place EZ2 bets.
  2. Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
  3. Use your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
  5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
  6. Throw away your used bet card and non-winning tickets into the garbage bin.

EZ2 Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

EZ2 Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In EZ2 Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How to win a prize in EZ2 Lotto?

You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

How do I choose Lucky Pick?

The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the EZ2 number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund an EZ2 ticket after it is accepted by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the EZ2 ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet slip to the teller.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

How much do I win if I match all the EZ2 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your EZ2 number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

When does PCSO hold EZ2 draws?

PCSO holds EZ2 Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
