In addition to 3D Lotto (Swertres), PCSO also operates today the draws for 2D Lotto (EZ2), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.

3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed-prize games in the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

PCSO holds Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally postponed.

PCSO also conducts draws for each of the major lotto games three times a week. How to Play 3D Lotto

Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:

1. Mark three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
2. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically pick the numbers for you.
3. Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
4. Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
6. Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
7. After the draw, see the 3D result to see if you win the prize.

3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.

How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number

Important Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.

1. Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
2. Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
3. Bring your own pen when placing bets.
4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
6. Throw away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.

3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.

In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.

If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.

If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?

A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you chose.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?

PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.

What is Rambolito?

Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.

In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.

In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.

To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play card to the cashier.

How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
