How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.

- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you give the play slip to the cashier.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.

How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play card.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
