How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the Swertres game:
- Select three (3) numbers that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, see the Swertres result to see if you won the prize.
Each Swertres combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Swertres ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.

PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

In Swertres Lotto Standard Play, the chances of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in Swertres Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
How much do I win if I match all the Swertres winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Can I play Swertres Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Swertres entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Swertres combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) Swertres draws.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket once it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet slip to the teller.
