Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was rebranded in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the most popular fixed payout games accross the Philippines since its introduction in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the Swertres Lotto:
- Mark a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres play slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system pick the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the Swertres result after the live draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much does a Swertres ticket cost?
A player can purchase the Swertres ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the Swertres winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Who are allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket once it is accepted by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
