Swertres Lotto (also called 3D Lotto) is one of the oldest digit lotteries conducted by PCSO. It has been hugely popular among the public since its launch in 2002. Swertres Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds live 3D Swertres Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior public announcement is made. Suspension of draws generally takes place during major holidays.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your Swertres combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, view the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
One Swertres combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Swertres ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

- Use your own ball pen to minimize the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are Swertres Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
Swertres prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the maximum Swertres prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
