How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Select three (3) digits that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly choose the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, access the Swertres result to see if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Swertres ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Additional Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by Swertres Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase Swertres tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old tickets in the trash cans.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
Swertres is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize system for Swertres Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win in Swertres Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
Are Swertres Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
Swertres prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the highest Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are taxable.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the Swertres winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What if I cannot think of any Swertres number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the Swertres number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
