How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Pick three (3) numbers that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the Swertres result to know if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Swertres ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet card.
Are Swertres Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
Swertres Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law since the maximum Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
