Swertres Lotto, now known as 3D Lotto, is one of the most popular digit lotteries conducted by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts 3D Swertres Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws normally takes place during major public holidays.
PCSO likewise operates draws for each of the five jackpot-bearing games three times per week. How to Play Swertres Lotto
Playing Swertres Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres playing card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal generate the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the Swertres result after the live draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Swertres ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing Swertres Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, Swertres players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be observed in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying Swertres tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

Swertres FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about Swertres Lotto
How to win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Will there be any Swertres draw during Holy Week?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

Can I play Swertres Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Swertres combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Swertres combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) Swertres draws.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
