How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO Swertres Lotto:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer choose the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the Swertres result after the live draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Swertres ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by Swertres Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase Swertres tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.

Swertres Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the Swertres winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What is Lucky Pick in Swertres?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically select the Swertres number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the Swertres ticket is wrong?
Swertres tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their Swertres tickets.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
