How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the Swertres Lotto:
- Choose three (3) digits that will compose your Swertres combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the Swertres result to know if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing Swertres Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires Swertres players to observe the guidelines below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to buy Swertres tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Put away your used playing card and old tickets into the garbage bin.

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that lets its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet card.
Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.

In Swertres Lotto Standard Play, the chances of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the chances of winning in Swertres Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.

To claim Swertres Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
